Commission For Women and Child Development

Gender parity training, home nursing training, auto-rickshaw driving training etc. are organized for women. There are nurseries run by the NIDS with its own text books, constant supervision and training for nursery teachers are given. Seminars and classes are conducted for women on child rearing and insights are extended to the them regarding physio-psycho development of the children. In short, NIDS through its different commissions works towards the building up of society rooted in social justice, equality, economic self sufficiency, upliftment of the poor etc. based on Gospel and human values.
